Anderson Nutrition Services offers Certified Personal Trainers to strengthen your training or to start you out and grow with you. The initial assessment is $55 (one hour) and follow-up meetings begin at $25 (30 minutes). This pay-as-you-go program is geared to assess where you are at, help you set realistic practices, gathering the team to best support your needs, and guides you toward achievable goals that easily fit into your everyday routine. As-needed team members are led by a certified personal trainer and may include as needed, a nutritionist (most with behavioral health expertise) to support do-able change.
