Anderson Nutrition Services has a team waiting to meet your needs. Start with a survey and assessment by a registered dietitian. The initial assessment is $55 (one hour) and weekly meetings begin at $25 (30 minutes). This pay-as-you-go program is geared to assess where you are at, help you set realistic lifestyle goals, gathering the team to best support your needs, and guides achievable change that easily fits into your everyday routine. As-needed team members include a nutritionist, a registered dietitian, a personal trainer, and most with behavioral health expertise to support do-able change. All this from the safety of your home, virtually.

For those with underlying medical conditions, hire your own personal licensed and registered dietitian to provide medical nutrition therapy - assess your situation, provide a private customized plan, and guide you towards a place where you find comfort in your choices. Make your lab tests work for you in setting measurable goals to improve your health. All this from the safety of your home, virtually. Other medical professionals may be consulted as needed. Priced at $60 per hour, private pay. Available to residents of MA and NH with licensed and registered dietitians.
